Frida and Anders share many years of collective knowledge within business and administration, finance, organisation and leadership, law, negotiations, and alcohol and drug prevention. Their knowledge and experience are solid from prestigious schools, such as Stockholm School of Economics and Uppsala University, as well as leading roles and advisory.
In addition to the above, we can also offer expertise as board members thanks to our many years as board members.
Anders has extensive experience in, among other things, law, contracts, negotiations and advice on labour law, work environment and investigations, as well as a coaching and a background from sports. He holds a degree from Uppsala University.
My passion is to help individuals and companies find new solutions. I have experience from supporting leaders and HR taking on difficult conversations, but also in supervising those who need and want help to recover from addictions and onwards. I do this in accordance to current labour laws, which I worked with for more than 30 years.

- Lectures on risk awareness
- Develop an alcohol and drug policy
- Support for companies regarding investigations, advice, labour law, work environment, rehabilitation
- Support for managers and HR staff regarding treatment and post-treatment
Frida has extensive experience in and formal education from both economics, finance and leadership. She most recently came from a role as CEO at a treasury, among other things, responsibility for a debt portfolio of approximately SEK 50 billion, financial risk management including currency management for an investment portfolio of approximately SEK 100 billion and also asset management.
I have worked as a consultant at one of the “Big 4” with experience from both listed, owner-managed, and public sector companies. Since 2012, I have also held various board positions including a company that is under the supervision of the Financial Supervisory Authority. My formal board education was completed at Finanskompetens through the “Management and control” course in 2019. I also got an approved degree from Swedsec that year.
