Korneliusson Real Estate is run by husband and wife, Anders and Frida Korneliusson. Our focus is to help customers buy or sell houses and apartments in the Spanish Costa del Sol area. For many, it’s a dream come true to hold the keys to your dream home, in a part of Spain we all love, with the sun, the sea and the easy-going lifestyle.
Anders & Frida will guide you through the entire process from searching properties, negotiations, recommending a lawyer, bank, currency heading to move-in service where renovation help can get arranged.
We have lived on Costa del Sol since 2016 when we bought our property here. Our family consists of Anders, Frida, two grown children, and our Twelve-year-old daughter Emmylou and our dog Harris.
We love to spend our free time outdoors doing some of the many activities you can choose from such as hiking, jogging, biking in the mountains, swimming in the sea, enjoying great food and meeting new people. We also believe in giving back to society, which is why we also spend time in the Swedish School where Frida chairs the election committee as well as being the president of our urbanisation.
Meet
Korneliusson Real Estate
Anders Korneliusson
Anders has extensive experience from, among other things, law, contracts and negotiations. This comes in handy in his role as a real estate agent. In addition to a coaching and athletic background, he also holds a degree from Uppsala University.
“I have realised that as a real estate agent, I also benefit from the fact that I started my professional life in the construction industry as a 16-year-old. This means that I also have a solid understanding of constructions and renovations. In my spare time, I like doing sports which I also combine with work. I have found several unique properties for customers while taking my mountain bike or Road Bike for a ride!”
Frida Korneliusson
Frida has a broad experience from CEO, CFO and board member roles. An extensive management and leadership experience from approximately 20 years in various leadership roles supported by academic ground in management, organization and change.
She has extensive business experience across a variety of industries including real estate, finance, health care and medical equipment, beverages, tourism, non-profit and consultancy.
She is a trusted real estate agent supporting Swedish, English and Spanish speaking clients with a niche in real estate investments.

Emmylou Korneliusson
“My name is Emmylou, I am 12 years old and I know all about how to look for the best ice-creams, the nicest pools and the best beaches for children. In my role as an advisor to the company, I can also tell you about what it’s like to attend a school in Spain, specifically the Swedish School in Fuengirola.
On my spare time, I dance flamenco and attend musical training. The flamenco is in Spanish and the musical education in English, so I also get the opportunity to practice languages with my friends.
